GIFT VOUCHERS - How many different ways do you use gift vouchers in your practice?

Apart from clients purchasing them as gifts for others, there a several other ways in which you can use gift vouchers to help attract clients and maintain your relationship with exisiting clients:

• Pop a gift voucher in a thank-you card when a client has referred someone to you
• Enclose a gift voucher in a Birthday or Christmas card to a client, friend or family member
• Present a gift voucher to your local chiropractor or osteopath. Those who do not have existing massage therapy services in their clinics may start referring clients to you based on this simple, yet effective gesture
• Contact your local fundraisers/charity raffles. You can donate vouchers with the added bonus of knowing that it’s all for a good cause
• For on-site massage: send a 20-minute gift vougher for an on-site massage with your introductory letter to a new company
• Point to remember: gift vouchers don’t have to be for a full session. You can use shorter periods i.e. 20 or 30 minutes as it may encourage the recipient to pay the difference for a full session anyway
