Text extract: What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal healing is a gentle, non-invasive treatment, which uses crystals to facilitate healing in the body, mind and spirit through a variety of methods such as massage, meditation or simply by wearing crystal jewellery.
Healing with crystals can restore physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. In existence for thousands of years, crystal healing has been used successfully to treat a number of physical symptoms and conditions as well as imparting a feeling of well being by neutralizing symptoms of negativity and depression. When using crystals, the approach is holistic, which means that all areas of one’s being are being brought into balance; thus allowing the body’s own internal healing process to work more efficiently.

Despite the long-standing body of knowledge and practical experience supporting crystal healing, there is still some mystery surrounding exactly how crystals heal. However, we do have three clear explanations as to how this occurs: vibration, chemical or mineral constituency, and colour.

Almost all crystals were created deep within the earth and therefore have been directly influenced by the earth’s magnetic field. Because each
crystal was developed by a slightly different set of circumstances e.g. heat levels in the earth,
formation and travel from space, etc, each
crystal holds its own unique vibration and
electrical charge.
